At the annual meeting (photos to come) last night the West River Rural Librarians agreed they would love to invite their local school or academic librarians to come and join the group.  If you know a librarian you would like to invite to join our rural librarians group, please send their name, e-mail address, and mailing address to Paula at hillcitylibrary@hillcitysd.org. 

Our next formal meeting will be held at the Sturgis Public Library in February 2011.  Before that please plan to join us for SDLA's Legislative Day in Pierre on Thursday, January 13, 2011 at the Rawlins Municipal Library.  SDLA will hold meetings throughout the day and the social will be held in the evening.  Join a carpool, make the ride safe and affordable!  Link to the comments of this blog if you are looking to join a carpool.
